Using the method of literature，social investigation and mathematical statistics，this paper does investigation on current situation of Hubei province university students sports association. It also points out that the overall effect for sports club to carry out activities is good，but the relatively small size，development direction and the characteristic is not obvious；and it has the obvious imbalance；school support for sports associations is not enough，lack of funds and facilities，as well as the lack of guidance teacher and imperfect evaluation mechanism are important factors in the development of sports club activities influence.
