Based on analyzing the requirements on the occupation ability of employment posts and positions in chain management major of higher vocational students，and combining the analysis on existing problems and reasons on occupational ability training in chain management major of higher vocational students，this paper explores and researches occupational ability training strategy in chain management major of higher vocational students，which has an important significance of improving the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational chain management major and enhancing students' employment competitiveness.
