本文着重介绍全国教育科学规划课题“民族地区教师培训有效模式研究”的主要成果“以研代训”课题式校本研修的意义及其创新特点。

Abstract:

In this article，it mainly introduced the signification and the characteristics of“using teaching research to replace teachers’training”school-based educational research，which is the main achievement of the national education scientific planning course-research on the effective model of teachers’training in race region.
