Abstract:The formal implementation of the newly revised Drug Quality Control Standards has been carried out since June 1 2013. It will have a profound impact on the pharmaceutical wholesale enterprises,especially on small and medium-sized family pharmaceutical wholesale business. For them,it is both a challenge and an opportunity. Enterprises should seize the opportunity for the Drug Quality Control Standards provisions to redefine the company's human resource management and improve selection,education,employment and so on to stabilize labor relations, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,encourage enterprises to flourish in the three-year transitional period and continue to grow.
