    摘要:

    近年,随着社会经济的发展,西电东送的建设,架空线路的运行环境发生了巨大的变化,线路运检面临许多新的 困难,面对新形势,通过对笔者所在单位所辖线路运维情况的分析,结合输电线路的状态管理要求将线路的运维工作分为防治 雷害、鸟害、风害、覆冰、污秽、山火、洪水泥石流、外力破坏、线树矛盾,根据运维经验和现阶段技术方法提出相应治理措施,实 行PDCA循环管理,经过一年多的实践,架空线路状态管理水平有了明显提高

    Abstract:

    In recent years,with the development of the economy,there are great changes in the west-east power transmission construction, the geographic conditions of the overhead line working. There are many problems in the line operation-maintenance. In this article,the author analyzed the maintenance situation of overhead line facility in his company. Combining the management requirement of the state of the electric transmission line,he classified the daily operations into 9 aspects,such as preventing the damage caused by thunder,bird strike,damage caused by wind,icing,pollution,forest fire,flood and debris flow,external damage,and the contradiction of the tree and line. And then,the author came up with some corresponding measures based on his experience and the present technology. The PDAC cycling management was carried out during the one year practice,and the manage level over the overhead transmission line has been improved obviously.
