Four different kinds of Vicia faba Linn were used in two groups of experiments respectively，one group with plastic membrane mulching and the other without. It turned out that Vicia faba in the former group grew rapidly and the yields of fresh green pod and seeds all shared improvement to different extent. Planting modes such as intercropping，interplanting and mixed planting can be utilized to increase economic and ecological benefits.
