In this study,24 young subjects were tested in cardiopulmonary exercise,to explore the impact of 32 Taiji Sword exercise cardiopulmonary function of young men. Main conclusions:Long-term 32 Taiji Sword exercise can promote the recovery of sugar after exercise,improve energy consumption structure;It also allows the vagus nerve to strengthen the role which control heart activity,the role of the sympathetic nervous system weakened, thereby reducing the quiet heart rate,improving ventricular stroke volume;Experimental group had a higher cardiopulmonary exercise and energy consumption levels than the control group in the 32 Taiji Sword exercise;The indicators in the movement can better reflect the improvement of young men cardiopulmonary function,energy metabolism in the long-term practice of 32 Taiji Sword.
