The Personnel Management Information System for University has the vital significance and the function in improving the level of personnel management. Based on the analysis of the present situation of personnel management in universities，in the paper，it takes a university in Wuhu（WHPTU）for example，using the B/S （Browser/server）architecture mode to design a personnel management information system. The system has friendly interface，simple operation，perfect function，and it can be extended. Through many operations and tests，the system has achieved the predetermined target.
