The human anatomy lab is the important place for the experimental teaching of human anatomy， whose exhibition room is the most important part. On the purpose of improving the harsh environment of the traditional exhibition room，this article discusses how to construct a scientific and modern human anatomy exhibition room，including the construction of the computerized management system，the construction of the exhibition rooms for the classified specimens and models，how to strengthen the environmental control of the exhibition room，and how to lay down perfect rules and regulations of the exhibition room，in order to make the construction of the exhibition room be in conformity with the principles of teaching of human anatomy，to improve the efficiency of teaching，and to promote the construction of disciplinary curriculum.
