摘要:

本研究通过调查分析,探讨大学生社会技能与职业发展的水平及关系。研究结果发现,不同类别的大学生在社会技能上存在着显著差异;不同年级的大学生在职业发展方面存在显著差异;回归分析发现大学生的社会技能水平是有效预测大学生职业发展的重要变量。
