    摘要:

    通过文献资料法,对体育教师专业共同体进行了研究。结果发现,促进学生的学习和发展是体育教师专业共同体的根本目标,体育教师在共同体中持续学习以提高专业知识和技能,体育教师专业共同体是体育教师一种新的专业发展模式。为了构建体育教师专业共同体,学校应建立体育教师专业共同体支持系统,建立共同体共同愿景,加强体育教师专业共同体内部交流,营造体育教师合作文化氛围。

    Abstract:

    This paper conducted the research to the professional community of P·E teachers using the literature material method.The result discovered that promoting student's study and the development is basic goal of the professional community of P·E teachers;P·E teachers need to continue to learn in the professional community to improve the professional knowledge and skills;the professional community of P·E teachers is a new professional development model of P·E teachers.In order to construct the professional community of P·E teachers,the school should establish the specialized community support program of the professional community of P·E,establish the common prospect of community,strengthen the exchange of P·E teachers within the professional community,and create a co-operation culture atmosphere of P·E teachers.
