Combining with the reality of Huili County, this thesis analyzes the main problems existing in present basle agro-teehnieal extension system, such as the irrational personnel structure, poor living and working environment. This paper also puts forward some corresponding countermeasures to strengthen rural service station construction, to expand service areas, and to give full play to the basic agro-teehnieal extension services system.
