The paper makes an instigation and research on the situation of undergraduate students who in every grade of Fuzhou universities （except the students whose major is physical）take part in extracurricular sports by using methods of questionnaire, interview and the literature, and explores the existent problems, then puts forward some pertinent suggestions and reference for the physical work of Fuzhou universities.
