There are great differences in construction technology between the areas of 9 degTee seismic fortification intensity and the smaller one. By comparing the amount of reinforcement, the strength of concrete, framework installation, type of stirrups and concrete pouring in the design and construction, we conclude that it is very important to improve the management level for safety production.
