To review the complications of central venous catheter with 114 cases of patients undergoing hemodialysis, this paper explores the prevention and cure of the complications. Centrel venous catheterization is a convenient and easy way to set up a vascular access for blood purification therapy while it has a high rate of complications. It is necessary to create permanent vascular access as early as possible.
