The abnormal phenomena sometimes occurring in the sports activity,to some extent,makes it clear that the humane character should be improved nowadays.This paper states that the students of the P.E.College are the sportsmen in the future.It is very necessary to improve their humane character.Then we propose some measures concerned in terms of it.
