通过对健美操教学方法和教学形式探索研究,根据培养学生综合能力和创新能力的要求,提出了创新型健美操教学模式。

Abstract:

The article studies the teaching methods and modalities.In order to meet the requirements to develop the integrative and creative abilities of the students it puts forward the innovative teaching modes of calisthenics.
