According to Sichuan minority area college's characteristics,based on the analysis of present conditions and problems in minority area college's rear service,explored the road of socialized reform of minority area college's rear service.The author suggests that we should act as circumstances permit,and then established measure of rear service system which with minority region's characteristics.
