    摘要:

    团队建设无疑属于一种重要的管理时尚,团队在知名公司中确实非常流行,但是企业界对于引入团队的原因却缺乏深入的分析。我们认为企业引入团队建设是为了顺应一部分员工需求的变化,直接动机是促成创新,根本上是为了提供新的何完整的解决方案以适应环境的变化。团队和传统的专业化部门并存在企业中,团队建设的引入并不意味着组织整体的根本变革,团队和团队的工作方式并不是万能的。

    Abstract:

    Undoubtedly the team construction belongs to one kind of important management fashion, the team is truly extremely popular in the well-known company, but the business community lacks thorough analysis actually regarding the reason for introducing team. We thought the reason for enterprise to introduce the team construction is to comply with a part of staff's demand change, the direct motivation is to facilitate the innovation, the fundamental reason is to provide a new integral solution to adapt to the environment change. The team and traditional specialized department coexist in the enterprise, the introduction of the team construction did not mean the whole organization's radical transformation, the team and team's working is not multi-purpose.
