The paper analyzes the growth actuality, problems existing, limiting factor and advantage in developing rape in Panxi. This article puts some policies and measures.That is ,we should build the base of rape production with the support of government.The proportion of wheat should be curtailed properly, but the proportion of rape should be increased. Insisting high jumping-off and high standard development, the agriculture department should provide good the technical service. Then we should promote the Industrialization of management and increased the benefit by deep processing and utilization.
