In recent years,Privately operated enterprises grow fast.Meanwhile,they have encountered many difficulties in which raising money has become the bottleneck of the development of privately operated enterprises.If the difficulty of raising money can not be solved,privately operated enterprises can not get normal development.In this essay,the author analyses the reason of the difficulty so as to give some reasonable suggestions for how to solve the difficulty of raising money.
