By means of information collection questionnaire and common statistics, the author has investigat ed the current situation of physical activities of inferior group of students in colleges and universities. Mathematically dispose their cogntion and affection of the physical activities. By discussing the influence of the subjective factor of physical activities of debilitated and disabled students, it can offer the necessary gist and reference to the physical education teaching. At the same time, it takes on the active significance of promoting the inferior students physical quality and the gymnastic development for life.
