This paper has expounded the post-change system of aceountarnts by turns in separate campuses of Xichang College set up to improve its financial inanagemene and promote its financial combination after its combined estallishment in 2004, analyzed the operation of the system, its results, existing probems and their countermeasures, and put forwand some new ideas of introducing competitive mechanism into the system and measures of developing it.
