Finance structure of enterprises has great impact on the management structure and business performance. In recent years, many discussions and disputes about state stock reduction, corporation finance structure, and reform of management structure are widely occurred in the society. The paper analyzes and investigates the representative listed companies in China so as to give some reasonable suggestions for the present companies in their finance structure and management structure.
