    摘要:

    房地产开发总投资包括开发建设投资和经营资金两大部分,通过对房地产开发成本较大的第一部分开发投资中的施工阶段费用组成和投资控制分析,论述在房地产开发建设过程中施工阶段工程造价控制的必要性和重要性,并阐述如何通过项目管理对施工阶段工程造价进行有效控制。
