In recent years, Chinese exported products have frequently encountered anti-dumping investigations in other countries. Cases put on file for investigation and the rates for ruling anti-dumping have been numberd the first. Products of many enterprises are threatened by loss of a great number of international markets. How to weaken unfavorable impacts of overseas anti-dumping on Chinese enterprises is an urgently need to be met with. Through analyses of the causes for Chinese enterprises' frequent encounters of anti-dumping investigations, this paper asserts that, confronted with overseas anti-dumping, Chinese enterprises should speed up the training of advanced talents who are experts in international anti-dumping rules and can manage businesses in terms of such rules.
