Agricultural diffusion system has played an important role in spreading agricultural technology.Howover, promblems such as a defective diffusion system, irregular flow of information, an unstable work team in diffusion institutions, and a relatively low quality of agricultural diffusion personnels still exist. With China's development condition as a starting point, based on experience from the reform policy in previous years, the paper puts froward a new way of thinking and some suggestions : exploring and making innovations, finding out methods for agricultural diffusion work; implementing relevant policies and stablilizing agricultural diffusion institutions; improving personnels' quality; strengthening information resource construction to ensure a regular information flow;making woman an important target group, etc.
