The reasons for Chinese enterprises' non-strategy crisis are losing touch with real environment, taking advantage of and consulting thoroughly with west-oriented strategic theory to deal with the strategic practices of theirs. Chinese enterprises have been at the stage of total competition under the open condition. They should cultivate the strong abilities of systemic management, strategy-oriented thoughts to match the real environment and carry out the flexible strategy and strategic management process.
