With the development of IT represented by Internet and the closer communication and link with outside world after China's entry into WTO, the situations and conditions for our political and moral education in institutions of higher learning have changed. This paper presents our viowpoints and opinions in light of changes taking place in the current political and moral education in colleges and universities.
