According to the present situation of college English listening and oral teaching in minority regions,this article puts forward a new idea of combining class teaching, network teaching, broadcast and television with activities of campus and community. The combination can realize solidness of teaching materials,individualization of learning courses,networking of teaching methods and digitization of information transmission.
